Catering Manager

Great Yarmouth Race Course, in association with Lindley Catering, is currently recruiting for a General Manager for the Catering Operation.

The position will encompass day to day running of a busy Conference and Banquet Department. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to manage a commercial business within the hospitality sector and have a proven track record of operating in a high growth and fast-paced business. The Race course has 28 race days per year with a strong focus on maximising public food and beverage income.

You must be able to demonstrate a good financial understanding and have strong customer service focus, along with proven man management and excellent client relationship skills.

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate that they are experienced in revenue forecasting and rota development.
